Harmony and balance

I grew up surrounded by the rich flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, prepared by my grandmother and my mother. The flavors I discovered as a child felt, at the time, like something you could only find in Vietnam. From them, I learned not only how to cook, but also how to season each dish with harmony and balance—sour, sweet, salty, bitter, and spicy.

Today, Vietnamese cuisine has more than earned its place on the global culinary scene. It is an honor for me to prepare dishes that are bursting with authentic Vietnamese flavors. Driven by my deep love for this cuisine, I hope to serve every dish with all my heart, along with the warmth and hospitality that are so characteristic of the Vietnamese people.

Fresh flavors

Anyone who has been to Vietnam will recognize the following: honking scooters, delicious smells, and countless food stalls found everywhere. These food stalls, characterized by their colorful stools and tables, are sure to put a smile on your face. It’s bustling every hour of the day, and that goes for the food too: you can find something delicious at any time of day. From a delicious banh mi (baguette) that you order on a scooter to a hearty bowl of soup. Anything goes in Vietnam: the country that never sleeps!

Signature dish

Pho is one of Vietnam’s most famous dishes. The broth is slowly simmered from beef and beef bones and served with rice noodles. This results in a dish with rich, layered flavors and an aroma you can’t resist.
