2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every quotation, every offer made by the business, and every agreement entered into between the business and the consumer.

3. Payment and Performance

1. The consumer is required to pay the invoice amount no later than fourteen days after the agreement is concluded, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. All costs incurred by the business in collecting the debt, whether through legal or out-of-court proceedings, shall be borne by the consumer. These out-of-court collection costs are calculated in accordance with the Decree on Compensation for Out-of-Court Collection Costs, which applies pursuant to Article 6:96(5) of the Dutch Civil Code.

4. Right of withdrawal for services

1. For LIEMÈS services related to hospitality, reservations, events, group packages, or leisure activities on a specific date or within a specific period, no right of withdrawal applies, to the extent permitted by law.
2. If the consumer is dissatisfied with a service provided, they may contact the business using the contact information listed on the website. Every complaint will be reviewed and a substantive response will be provided within a reasonable time.

5. Dispute Resolution

1. The legal relationship between the business and the consumer is governed exclusively by Dutch law.
2. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court.
