Laura & Maaike

We are Laura and Maaike. When we were 15, we both started working at LIEMÈS as servers. What began as a fun part-time job quickly turned into something more. 

Over the past few years, we’ve had the opportunity to grow and develop into Restaurant and event managers. Together, we’ve learned a tremendous amount about hospitality, organization, teamwork, and leadership. From busy evenings at the restaurant hosting special events: every experience has helped us grow. 

No two days are the same, and we’re still learning every day. LIEMÈS has given us the opportunity to grow, and we’re incredibly proud of that. Every day, we work with great enthusiasm to give our guests a warm welcome and an unforgettable experience.

Dewi & Abigail

Hi, I’m Dewi! With a background in social media marketing and events, I’ve been part of the LIEMÈS team as Marketing and Event Manager since January. My days are all about social media, content creation, and above all, getting to be creative. No two days are the same! The mix of marketing and event planning always brings new challenges and inspiration.

Hi, I'm Abigail. I’ve been the Sales Manager for Events at LIEMÈS since April. With 15 years of experience in hospitality and events, for me it’s all about hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences. What makes my job so much fun? The incredible variety! From salsa parties and business meetings to birthdays, private dining, and large conferences. With no less than 1,000 m² of event space, the possibilities are endless.

Together with the team, we make every event a warm and unique experience that people will look back on with fondness.
